In 2015, Jason Adelstein merged his commercial real estate and natural resources practice with the Firm, and it became Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP. Janet Vaughan Robertson joined SLHA in 2017 and leads the Firm’s bond counsel and public finance practice. In fall 2017, Allen Keller, a long time attorney with the Firm, was promoted to partner. Together, our attorneys have over 100 years of experience serving Texas and Louisiana school districts, charter schools, local government entities, and private commercial clients.
