Attorneys Robert A. “Bob” Schulman and Joseph E. “Joe” Hoffer lead the Firm’s Texas and national charter school practice. Bob Schulman has represented Texas charter schools since the very beginning of the movement in Texas and Joe Hoffer has represented Texas charter schools for his entire legal career. Michael Higgins joined the Firm in 2014, bringing his representation of Louisiana charter schools, and supervises the Firm’s Louisiana law practice which continues to serve Louisiana charter schools.
