Ms. Grant joined Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP in June 2019. Her practice includes the representation of school districts, charter schools, non-profit organizations, and other entities in litigation and governance. She also handles insurance defense work for schools, daycare centers, and other businesses. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Grant worked at the law firm of Davis, Cedillo & Mendoza, Inc. where she practiced commercial litigation, insurance/tort defense, employment law, and handled real estate and business transactions.

Affiliations
Ms. Grant is a member of the Bexar County Women’s Bar and a Board Member for the San Antonio YWCA. As of January 1, 2023, Ms. Grant acts as General Counsel for the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where she previously acted as Deputy General Counsel. Ms. Grant was recognized as an Outstanding Women in Law by Scene in S.A. in Spring 2021, and as a Rising Star Lawyer by Scene in S.A. Magazine in Winter 2021, Winter 2022 and Winter 2023. Ms. Grant is a graduate of the following professional development programs:
