Paralegal
Ms. Zaiontz joined Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP in 2009 as a Research Paralegal. From 2007-09 she worked as a Corporate Paralegal for Cox Smith Matthews Inc. From 1989-2007 she worked as a legal librarian for Matthews & Branscomb, P.C. managing one of the largest private law libraries in South Texas.
Ms. Zaiontz is knowledgeable and experienced in corporate and operational functions and practices of governmental entities and nonprofit organizations. She assists the Firm’s attorneys and clients in corporate transactional matters, board and charter school compliance, executive searches, as well as various tax matters.
Education & Honors
B.S. in Mathematics from the University of California, Irvine (1986).
