Jade Heep, Senior Associate

When she joined our firm in 2023, Jade Heep brought a wealth of litigation experience specializing in complex civil litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. Her adept skill in legal briefing has contributed to significant victories, including a multi-million-dollar jury trial verdict.

Jade’s dedication to advocating for those often overlooked by the legal system has been a driving force throughout her career. Her academic achievements include graduating Cum Laude from St. Mary’s School of Law, where she was also inducted into the prestigious John M. Harlan Society.

Karen Ice, Senior Associate

Karen Ice joined our firm in 2020, bringing extensive expertise in real estate law and civil insurance defense litigation from her practice in Maryland. Karen’s legal journey began in a general practice firm focusing on family law, showcasing her versatile legal skills and deep commitment to serving clients across a broad spectrum of needs.

Karen’s educational background includes a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a J.D. from the Charlotte School of Law. Her distinguished early career includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable E. Gregory Wells in Maryland.
