Senior Associate
Ms. Sandersen joined Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP in June 2021. Ms. Sandersen’s practice focuses on representing school districts, charter schools, and other public entities in special education matters under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Ms. Sandersen brings nearly a decade of experience representing clients in ARDs, mediations, due process hearings, and federal appeals.
Ms. Sandersen is an experienced public speaker who regularly presents at national, state, and local conferences on issues related to special education and offers training on a wide array of school law issues.
