Emily Boney joined Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP as an Associate in August 2019 and was promoted to Partner in January 2023. Ms. Boney’s practice areas include representation of school districts and charter schools in employment law matters.
Prior to joining Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP, Ms. Boney practiced employment law and family law at Davis and Davis, P.C. in North Reading, Massachusetts. Ms. Boney began her legal career practicing employment law and family law at Lieber, Hammer, Huber and Bennington, P.C. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
