Senior Associate
Jade Heep joined Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP as an associate in 2023, and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2024. Ms. Heep brings extensive litigation experience to our team. She assists in handling employment law, construction and contractual disputes, and personal injury and wrongful death cases. Jade has tried several cases to final verdict/award in both jury trials, as well as arbitrations. She has briefed and argued numerous complex legal issues throughout the course of her career.
Before joining our team, Jade worked at a San Antonio firm that specialized in Plaintiff’s employment and personal injury cases. As lead counsel, Jade ran a full docket. This unique experience allows Jade to guide our clients to help avoid litigation, minimize legal exposure if litigation occurs, and take a proactive approach throughout the process to final resolution, whether that be settlement, arbitration, or trial.
