Legal Assistant
Jennifer Reed joined Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP in 2022. Ms. Reed brings to the Firm over 22 years legal support experience in diverse legal areas, including commercial real estate, public finance law, commercial litigation, labor and employment and insurance defense.
Ms. Reed supports the Real Estate Team with all aspects of the firm’s commercial real estate practice, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development of all types of commercial properties, such as retail shopping centers, industrial and business parks, office buildings, multi-family projects, mixed-use and unimproved properties for private, public, and institutional parties. She assists with all aspects of a transaction, including the preparation of documents, due diligence review, analysis and resolution of title and survey issues, and organizing and assisting with transaction closings.
Ms. Reed will be obtaining her Bachelors in Legal Studies from Wayland Baptist University in February, 2024. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Texas A&M International University, 2022.
