Paralegal
Linda Studer joined Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP in January of 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Studer worked as a Litigation Paralegal for a boutique Intellectual Property firm and several large law firms supporting attorneys in toxic tort, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, commercial and Intellectual Property litigation cases.
Ms. Studer has assisted at trial in both state and federal court, as well as before the United States International Trade Commission. She has over 25 years of experience supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation. She attended San Antonio College and received her Paralegal Certification from Texas Careers and earned the Advanced Trial Certification in Trial Practice through the National Association of Paralegals.
