Mary Kendall

Senior Counsel

Ms. Kendall is an accomplished senior legal and business executive with extensive experience in legal issues related to real estate, governance, HR and employment, regulatory, ethics, compliance, healthcare, and environmental. She joined the Firm in May as Senior Counsel on the real estate team. She assists clients in purchase/sale, lease, trust, title and finance document negotiation, due diligence, drafting and review; closing preparation, review and post-closing documentation and recordation.
